An unnaturally mobile vertebra that leaves its position within the spine (slipped vertebra) caused Sabina Weixler (42) problems. When she could no longer feel her toes, only an operation could help. The procedure was complicated, but was successful thanks to modern technology.
"A few years ago, the pain started to creep in, and in May 2023 it became so intense that I could hardly move and could no longer even play with my young son. Then my right foot also went numb," reports Sabina Weixler. The mother of two was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis. Here you can find out what causes this and which therapy brought back the 42-year-old's zest for life.
