Nico, poor Nico! He has two potential dads and is apparently the most unwanted child in Austria. Because neither of them - one of them is hopefully the biological father - was able to name his birthday in a bizarre trial about the allegedly lured alimony or payments for an alleged adoption.

Five-year-old Nico was the invisible, pitiful main character in the trial at the Linz Regional Court against his mother (39), her husband (43) and perhaps soon to be adoptive father and the registered father (31). They are said to have taken more than 45,000 euros from the alleged biological father (40).
