Mr. Mayor, how can Hartberg remain in the Bundesliga?

Bundesliga soccer team Hartberg has a problem. Several, in fact. On the one hand, the current stadium has to be rebuilt to meet Bundesliga requirements - a new building seems utopian. On the other hand, the training pitches are no longer up to the required standard. High time to ask the mayor of the city. 

"Krone": Mr. Martschitsch, the issue of a new stadium in Hartberg seems almost impossible to implement. There have been arguments about financing for years now. Is there still a glimmer of hope?
