Sick Iraqi terrorizes an entire neighbourhood

The people around the Strindberghof community building in Vienna-Simmering are desperate. An Iraqi-born man has been terrorizing the neighbourhood for several months. Almost every day there are reports. But the man is still at large. 

It is a letter of despair that the residents of Strindberghof in Simmering have sent to Wiener Wohnen and other authorities. In it, the 100 or so families report unbelievable conditions. At the center of the story - Shirwan S., a native Iraqi and resident of the communal building.
