Shafigollah A. (35) has been spreading fear and terror in Horn for months with his violent excesses. Most recently, he reportedly inflicted life-threatening injuries on a 16-year-old with a belt. Now a witness describes how the heinous brutal attack came about.

He attacked a police officer with a crowbar, threatened his wife and children, demolished the asylum accommodation and left his fellow residents completely terrified: In the two years or so that the Afghan Shafigollah A. has been living in Austria, the 35-year-old has hardly missed a single crime. In Horn and the surrounding area, many people flinch at the mere sight of the man.
