Young couple revolutionizes the real estate market

Everyone who buys or sells houses or apartments in Austria has to pay a commission to the estate agent. A woman from Burgenland and her husband are taking a different approach in times of rising prices. They have developed a model for sellers that can save them a lot of money. 

"Estate agents often have a bad reputation," says Marsela Hösch from Horitschon. The 30-year-old knows what she is talking about, as she has been working in the industry for years. In order to fully satisfy customers, she has founded a joint company with her husband David (30), who used to be her colleague, and is currently in the process of revolutionizing the local real estate market with a completely new marketing concept.
