Another alarm about neglected animals on a farm

Animal rights activists complained of massive neglect on the farm of a farmer in St. Florian near Linz. Dead small animals were also found on his farm. The activists filed a complaint, the BH Linz-Land then initiated inspections and imposed conditions on the single owner that should lead to an improvement in the husbandry conditions.

Activists from the "RespekTiere" association claim to have spotted unsustainable hygiene conditions on a dilapidated farm in St. Florian: Sheep that have to spend their lives in cramped pens; poultry living in extreme filth; ducks without any opportunity to pursue their natural needs. Dead small animals - a cat, a chicken and birds - were also spotted.
