The public dialog on the planned Salzach power plant in Golling began on Friday. The general mood is positive. However, residents are concerned about the Salzachöfen, where less water will flow. The project management wants to proceed transparently and is putting initial data on the table at an early stage.

During the short video presentation, an impressive roar can be heard in the gorge. The roar is to be preserved even with a power plant - without damming the gorge. Visitors listen attentively and ask questions. "If the stream stays with us, I can imagine it," muses one visitor aloud.
