Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer wants to overturn the ban on combustion engines and convened his own car summit on Monday. He spoke to "Krone" about the results and his plans - and faces the accusation that it was just a PR summit so shortly before the EU elections.

"Krone": Mr. Nehammer, you are against the ban on combustion engines. However, there is no longer an end to combustion engines, there is only a virtual end to fossil fuels. Was the headline of the car summit simply wrong and misleading?
