This case seems to be indicative of how our society treats elderly people: a sprightly Carinthian man, almost 90 years old, doesn't want to put up with the fact that the common rooms and terrace in his care home are closed to him. A compromise was reached in the district court - albeit "a lazy one", as Mr. S. complains!
