A young drug addict lay dead in bed. He wanted to undergo withdrawal, but there was allegedly no room for him at the relevant child and adolescent psychiatric ward in Tyrol at the time. Provincial councillor Eva Pawlata (SPÖ) speaks out and reveals the first details of the case. 

It is a tragic case. According to information from "Krone", a young man from the Tyrolean lowlands, who had been addicted to illegal substances for years, decided to escape this vicious circle and go into withdrawal. However, he was turned away from the relevant child and adolescent psychiatric clinic as there was currently no room for him. A few days later, he was discovered at home in his bed - dead.
