Young suspects targeted for three arson attacks

Are the investigators on the right track to nip the series of fires in Goldwörth and Feldkirchen in Upper Austria in the bud after all? Due to several "coincidences", a young woman (19) became the focus of the investigation - even before another barn went up in flames on Monday night. 

Three fires in a row, the last one on Monday night: in Goldwörth, a barn at a farm went up in flames shortly after midnight, not far from the spot where a new series of fires had started in the area a week earlier with two torched woodpiles. The most dangerous fire was set at the weekend in the village square of Feldkirchen - the wooden barn of a former butcher's shop burned here (see also our graphic).
