AI at school: PE lessons with a robot

He is only one year old, but already goes to school and speaks both English and German - we are talking about the AI robot Elias, who has been visiting Carinthia's schools since the fall. The "Krone" was there during a PE lesson.

"I know my way around robots, I even have one at home," says a pupil from the St. Martin primary school in Villach. And adds: "It can shoot out of its mouth!"

Elias, the AI-based learning robot from the state of Carinthia, is not quite so martial - the little white man with the round camera eyes introduced himself to the children in a somewhat unusual PE lesson on Tuesday.
