Excitement about “air tax” in cellar alley

For decades there have been lamps on the wine cellars in Stammersdorfer Kellergasse. This has never been an issue, but suddenly the cellar owners have to pay fees for them. Those affected want to fight back.

It is not only the parking sticker that has been introduced across the board that is causing displeasure in Stammersdorf, but now also the "air tax" that (private) owners of wine cellars with decorative lamps have to pay.
