The bloody deed in Obernberg in mid-January shocked the local population. A 22-year-old is said to have stabbed his own father (59) to death during an argument. However, there are now new developments in the murder drama. The statements of the widow and a gunshot report play an important role.

On the night of January 19, a son (22) is said to have brutally stabbed his father (59) to death in Obernberg am Inn. The victim, covered in blood, fled to neighbors, but died shortly afterwards in hospital. The 22-year-old testified that his father had shot him beforehand. He has since been remanded in custody on suspicion of murder.
