Under the age of criminal responsibility: When offenders are too young before the law

Murder, rape, robbery: it is no longer an isolated incident that children commit crimes. If the perpetrators are under the age of 14, the law has no way of bringing them to justice. Lawyer Sascha Flatz explains what consequences young criminals can still face.
