This case leaves us speechless: a mother from Upper Styria tells the "Krone" newspaper about the fate of her 13-year-old son, who slipped into drug addiction. The woman not only feels helpless, but also abandoned. The pupil is of criminal age and the authorities' hands are tied due to the legal situation.  

The drama began when Peter (name changed) came to a summer school in Upper Styria to get ready for a fresh start in the fall. The teachers had recommended this and his mother, Andrea (name also changed), was happy to follow the recommendation. The teenager, who is 13 years old, found new friends here, all from the district, who are attending various educational institutions there.
