A recently published Chinese study is said to show that intermittent fasting significantly increases the risk of death. Many people are now unsettled - health-conscious people and those wanting to lose weight thought they were doing something good for their bodies with this form of fasting.
Fasting means abstaining from all or certain foods, drinks and stimulants. Intermittent fasting, also known as intermittent fasting, involves abstaining from food for a certain period of time.
