Bullying at school

“I just wish they would leave me alone”

It's the classic bullying story that a 13-year-old Viennese boy has had to endure at his school for years. Now he has been suspended by the head teacher and reported to the police for allegedly defending himself against an assault. A perpetrator-victim reversal? 

Actually, Martin, whose name has been changed for this story, should just be happy. In June, he would finish secondary school in Vienna and then pursue his great passion, horses, at a special school in Lower Austria. "I want to work with horses," the 13-year-old happily tells the "Krone" newspaper. If it weren't for a suspension that could ruin the Viennese's plans.
