How to make your spring garden blossom

The days are getting longer and the sun is gaining strength. Spring is just around the corner, but what would it be without the blooming heralds of spring in our flower beds? We accompanied the Graz city gardeners at work and got some tips from the professionals for our own spring garden.

5000 violas, 1300 tulips and 1300 daffodils - that's how many flowers are being planted in the bed at Graz's Iron Gate alone these days. Named "Smiling Sun" or "Madame Lefeber", they are the heralds of spring for the old town. They are brought in on large trolleys, where a team of city gardeners is already waiting.
