Before Governor Christopher Drexler starts his big "Styria speech" next Monday, on the eve of St. Joseph's Day, a young master butcher will give a keynote speech as a kind of "preliminary court". Robert Buchberger, an "earthy guy", as they say, who usually sharpens his butcher's knives in Pöllau, is to set an example - for originality, regionality and optimism.
