An extremely rare genetic defect in Martin (2) has put a family from Rohr im Kremstal to the test since birth. But the parents are not giving up: they want to help find a cure for the disease. Their son is the only known patient in the whole of Austria.

It was a normal pregnancy and the birth was also without complications. But then the fate of little Martin from Rohr im Kremstal took its course. "My first words were: 'Is this how your hands should be?", mom Bianca Winter (29) remembers the birth. Martin was born with his hands completely twisted.
