Ex-actor Florian Teichtmeister has been arrested in Tyrol after a visit to the Munich Oktoberfest. As the "Krone" newspaper learned, he was stopped by the police while drunk. Cocaine was apparently found on him. 

According to reports, Teichtmeister was arrested in Tyrol and initially taken to Innsbruck prison, which he has since left. The former Burg star is now said to be in another local prison, which also has a forensic-therapeutic department.

According to Christina Salzborn, spokeswoman for the Vienna regional court, the Munich colleagues reported a breach of instructions. The Viennese judge then ordered the so-called "crisis intervention" measure, i.e. the arrest.

Probationary period for Teichtmeister still running
In September 2023, Teichtmeister (45) was sentenced to a conditional prison sentence of two years for the possession and production of pornographic images of minors. However, the former castle actor was also given a probationary period of five years. The judge also imposed strict conditions at the trial in September 2023. 

Conditional placement
Teichtmeister must provide the judge with all therapy confirmations every two months. This includes forensic psychotherapy, psychological treatment, probation assistance and confirmation of abstinence from alcohol and drugs, which he had agreed to during the trial. And which he has now apparently broken.

"It was a one-off relapse by my client with cocaine, but not in the area of child pornography," said his defense lawyer Rudolf Mayer to the "Krone".

According to Salzborn, it was not a case of pre-trial detention that was imposed on the ex-castle actor, but rather a crisis intervention. The next step is to review the conditions of the sentence. This is because Teichtmeister was also given a conditional prison sentence in addition to the conditional prison sentence. This means that the former TV commissioner is now also threatened with placement in a forensic therapeutic center.
