Styria is expanding:

Over 2200 additional childcare places

The state of Styria has apparently recognized the seriousness of the situation and is pushing ahead with the expansion of childcare places. The liberal education councillor Stefan Hermann has now presented the exact expansion plans to the "Krone" newspaper.

The struggle to find a childcare place for their children is causing many Styrian parents to break out in a sweat. In the provincial capital of Graz in particular, many children will be left empty-handed this year, as the "Krone" has reported several times.
