Blue-Black is on the brink. It is still uncertain whether this government will be formed or not. At least negotiations are continuing. The "Krone" analyzes the five possible scenarios as to how the current crisis can be resolved.

If the government negotiations fail, new elections are the most likely scenario. However, these would require a lead time. In addition to a new election resolution by the National Council, the election must be announced by decree in the Federal Law Gazette.
