Some people are saving money and increasingly buying products from the entry-level price range, but at the same time premium products are also becoming more sought-after - mastering this balancing act is also on Gerald Hackl's mind. Read here what the head of the Vivatis Group from Linz thinks about the excessive bureaucracy, how the food manufacturer is coping with the crises and what needs to be improved for companies and employees. 

"Of course, many people are now talking about KTM and the consequences, but staff are not being cut everywhere," says Gerald Hackl. Since 2013, the 53-year-old has been the head of the Vivatis Group from Linz, which includes brands such as Maresi, Knabbernossi, Wojnar's and Inzersdorfer. The company is also behind catering specialist Gourmet, which supplies visitors to the Wiener Stadthalle and the Ernst Happel Stadium.
