Wildlife protection in the mountains: in Swarovski’s hunting grounds

Whether it's stormy or snowing, many hunters are in the mountains in winter, not only to help wild animals through times of need, but also to prevent human-animal confrontations. The "Bergkrone" visits the Swarovski Optik hunting ground in the Tyrolean Karwendel mountains.  

Hundreds of officially prescribed wild animal feeding stations are supervised by hunters in the Austrian mountains in winter. But why and why is it necessary or advisable to feed wild animals in the wild? To answer this question, the "Bergkrone" was allowed to accompany Stefan Lehner, Sebastian Luidold and Tobias Leismüller into the wild and romantic Hinterautal, deep in the Karwendel mountains.
