After working from home due to the pandemic, employees are increasingly returning to the office, where they are often confronted with noise and distractions. What is a nuisance for some is a new business opportunity for others.

For the majority of Amazon employees worldwide, the new year has brought a serious change: they have to work full-time in the office again. Working from home? Not a chance. Collaboration, brainstorming and inventing are easier and more effective; mutual teaching and learning is smoother; and the teams tend to be better connected with each other, company boss Andy Jassy explained the move.
