Contract terminated: GAK says goodbye to legionnaire
After Sturm and Hartberg, GAK was the third Styrian club from the Bundesliga to test itself in Catez, Slovenia, on Saturday. In the 1:1 draw against Rijeka, the focus was more on the transfer market than the result for the promoted team from Graz. A lot is happening here!
One day after Storm's 0:2 against HNK Rijeka, it was GAK's turn against the Croatian winter king's B team in Catez. The Reds took on a 500-kilometer journey for the match, sitting on the bus for seven hours from the camp in Loipersdorf to their return home in Graz. "No problem," said coach Rene Poms, "we have a nice bus."
