With drive: Austria’s ski instructors of tomorrow!
Austrian ski instructors are in demand worldwide - and the next generation of ski instructors is of great importance to the ski instructors' association. In order to secure the future of winter tourism, there are even collaborations with schools where pupils aged 15 and over are trained as ski instructors. The "Bergkrone" took part in one such ski instructor course.
"Without ski instructors, there would be no ski tourism in Austria," explains ski school director Alex Huber with conviction: "If we didn't teach holidaymakers how to ski, many winter guests would stay away from our ski resorts."
