Business warns against a total ban on wind power

The Carinthian Chamber of Commerce is against a ban on wind power out of concern for the location. Together with an initiative, it is calling for a "NO" vote on January 12. The "Krone" took a look at the background.

"The ban on combustion engines is a vivid illustration of what will result," says WK President Jürgen Mandl in an email to entrepreneurs, urgently warning against a ban on wind power in Carinthia. "This has triggered an enormous industrial crisis that is costing thousands of jobs not only in Germany, but also in Austria."
