"Krone": Mr. Haslauer, Donald Trump said in a TV debate that migrants would eat the cats and dogs of the locals. What do you think about the mental state of politics?
Wilfried Haslauer: I think that's a personal thing. It's about exaggeration and exaggeration. What Trump has introduced is the method of telling lies on an unprecedented scale.
The compulsory vaccination that didn't happen was a mistake. It would have been a massive encroachment on people's freedom of choice.

We have been dealing with fake news, especially since the pandemic. How can politicians restore the trust that has been lost here?
We were all in a situation that we were not familiar with. There were different assessments from science to politics. I believe that making vaccination compulsory, which did not happen, was a mistake. It would have been a massive interference in people's freedom of choice.
