Prisoners who just want to lie around lazily in their cells and watch TV will no longer be able to do so in this prison: In Klagenfurt, the first excavators are rolling in for the construction of Austria's most modern prison, where everything will be remote-controlled and every inmate will have to work if they don't want to get into trouble.

In the north of Klagenfurt, the first excavators are already rolling for the largest judicial construction project in the whole of Austria: as reported, the country's most modern prison is being built in Josef-Sablatnig-Straße - at a cost of around 180 million euros, a sum that is causing a lot of discussion. The project is presented in detail at a "Krone" site inspection.
