Accident with consequences: Child loses her future on the way to school

As a child, little Daniela from Villach wanted to become a nurse. A tragic accident on the way to school destroyed this dream. The girl never recovered from the terrible consequences. But now there is a sensational solution for the Carinthian girl that is otherwise only known from the US justice system.

On December 3, 2004, Daniela (name changed) is hit by a truck on her way to school and run over by a tire. Within seconds, nothing is as it was. The eight-year-old does not learn to read or write and is unable to complete any vocational training. It was not until 20 years later that a sensational solution was found for the severely traumatized victim.
