Because protected animals are in danger, a positive decision on the planned expansion of the Schlotterer plant in Salzburg's Tennengau region is going before the regional administrative court. The Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Labor are railing against the delays. The provincial environmental ombudsman's office should even be disempowered. 

It is legally possible, but not sensible - this is how the presidents of the Salzburg Chamber of Labour (AK), Peter Eder, and the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce (WKS), Peter Buchmüller, could be summarized. Both sharply criticize the current approach of the State Environmental Ombudsman's Office (LUA) and the Nature Conservation Association. What is at stake?
