When Hungary recently unveiled the official slogan for its six-month presidency of the EU Council, many neutral observers felt their worst fears confirmed. With the slogan "Make Europe Great Again", inspired by Donald Trump, the Hungarian government impressively demonstrated what it thinks of the European Union: very, very little.
