In the Netherlands and the UK, the trendy "substance" is already classified as a drug, while strict regulations apply in Switzerland and Denmark. In Germany, on the other hand, it is legal and easy to obtain. What is it all about? The "Krone" clarifies. 

According to Upper Austria. Jugendschutzgesetz § 8 paragraph 4, the consumption of such substances is prohibited for people under the age of 18, but buying them is anything but difficult.
