"Benko's ex-furniture chain kika-Leiner is hunting down parking offenders", was the headline in the "Kärntner Krone" newspaper in February. In the search for parking offenders, however, the chain also makes hair-raising mistakes, as the example of a Tyrolean driver has now shown.

Rarely does anyone like to receive mail from a lawyer - especially not if they don't know him personally and come from another province. A Tyrolean woman (name known to the editors) recently had the dubious "pleasure" of receiving such a letter on a Friday (May 3rd) of all days and being accused of an offense that she had not even committed.
