Gastronomic couple Eselböck say goodbye to Burgenland

Eveline and Walter Eselböck are fulfilling a lifelong dream in the guesthouse and starting somewhere completely new. They told the "Krone" why they are doing this, where they are moving to and why the doors of their new home are open to everyone. 

For twelve years, restaurateurs Eveline (64) and Walter (67) Eselböck ran the boutique hotel "Drahteselböck" in Rust. The couple recently sold it to Emanuel Grasl from St. Margarethen and left their 300 m² townhouse in Rust to their daughter Barbara and son-in-law Alain Weisgerber from the top restaurant Taubenkobel in Schützen am Gebirge to start a new life abroad.
