The draft of the new dog ownership law in Upper Austria and the fact that the woman whose animal mauled a jogger to death in Naarn in October 2023 is allowed to keep dogs again are causing a lack of understanding. The "Krone" spoke to "dog professional" Sascha Steiner, who says: "It's people who turn a harmless animal into an uncontrolled one."

Sascha Steiner is currently at a vineyard near Lignano. Eleven dogs and their owners are spending six days there practising proper training. The 47-year-old has made a name for himself as a dog training professional with his seminars, in-house sessions, individual and group training and puppy training.
