Having your own roof over your head is far too expensive these days. Many young adults therefore prefer to stay in "Hotel Mama". But not everyone likes that.

However, rental prices have also risen gradually in recent years. And then there are the nestlings who don't want to leave "Hotel Mama" because of the comfortable lifestyle.
