The "Krone" made a special trip to the premiere of Jean Paul Gaultier's legendary Fashion Freak Show at Milan's Teatro Arcimboldi on Thursday and spoke to the enfant terrible of the French fashion industry about sex, clichés and, of course, his grandma Marie!

Enfant terrible? A nickname that must have been given to him by the British press, he assumed - but he was never bothered by it. "You have to be able to break the rules to make fashion," at least that's his credo. The now 71-year-old has proven often enough how good he is at this, and his show was just the crowning glory of a remarkable career.
