The retirement home in Grödig was on the verge of collapse. But now new staff have been found and more residents can move in. The "Krone" got a first-hand impression on site.

The first rays of sunshine, the clatter of walking aids in the corridors, a relaxed atmosphere with cheerful senior citizens and staff. The people at the Grödig retirement home seem happy. Perhaps this is also a factor in why new staff have been found, as reported. Just under a year ago, the facility was "on the verge of collapse" due to a lack of staff.
