They are on duty around the clock for the people of Carinthia: the rescue organizations. But it is hardly possible for the Red Cross and co. to operate economically. There are huge holes in their budgets. Whether there will be a financial injection is still questionable. Negotiations are due to start soon.

Not only the population, the municipalities and the country are affected by the massive increase in prices. Aid organizations are also struggling to make ends meet. Increased personnel and energy costs are partly to blame. And this is having an impact on the funding plans of non-profit organizations.
