In the middle of the pre-Christmas period, a survey conducted by Salzburg's Sternbräu caused a stir in the restaurant scene: In an online questionnaire, managing director Eva Kratzer-Burgstaller wanted to know from her guests what they thought about the appearance, religious affiliation or sexual orientation of employees of the old town restaurant - the "Krone" reported.
