The new Gault&Millau Guide 2025 is out: Carinthia has received many awards, and Hannes Müller from the restaurant "Die Forelle" is Chef of the Year.
Toque season in Austria: The renowned Gault&Millau Guide by Martina and Karl Hohenlohe will be published for the 46th time on Monday. 1639 restaurants were rated in Austria, and there are even more toque-awarded restaurants than last year - exactly 816. Eight of them have been awarded five toques, 62 chefs have been awarded four toques.
