Austria loses confidence in healthcare system

The Austrian Medical Association has had the healthcare system scrutinized. The figures paint a gloomy picture. The "Krone" has the exact figures and knows where the shoe pinches the Austrians. 

The Vienna Medical Association regularly asks Austrians about the state of the Austrian healthcare system. This year, the results are particularly dramatic. Alarm bells are ringing just before the government negotiations. Satisfaction among the population has fallen further compared to 2022 and calls for investment are getting louder. The focus is particularly on overcrowded GP practices, long waiting times and more GP posts. Confidence in the domestic healthcare system has plummeted since the pandemic.
