Tyrol: Behind the scenes of the “last judgment”

Nobody can go about their daily lives without being affected by official decisions. The Tyrolean Provincial Administrative Court (LVwG) offers the opportunity for independent control without large amounts of money. To mark its tenth anniversary, the "Krone" took a look behind the scenes and spoke to the president.

Do you feel unfairly treated by the BH after a police check? Do you dislike the amount of the tourism tax? Did the municipality put obstacles in your way when building a new house? Around 3,000 people a year complain to the LVwG about decisions made by the authorities, and around every second case is heard orally in the venerable building in Michael-Gaismair-Straße in Innsbruck.
