Rental e-scooters have been part of the cityscape since 2019 and are a popular mobility option, especially among the younger population. However, it is well known that the use of two-wheelers is not always friction-free. The problems range from illegal parking in urban areas to endangering cyclists, pedestrians or people with disabilities.
