A bloody altercation took place in a well-known restaurant on Lake Klopein in Carinthia. During an argument on the terrace, a young father became abusive and clashed violently with the junior manager. His father rushed over - and stabbed him. In self-defense, he claimed.

It's a pleasant August day on beautiful Lake Klopein. A young family wants to sit on the terrace of a pub and have a drink. But the guests don't like it, the staff are overwhelmed, the muscle-bound young father becomes abusive and a scuffle breaks out with the junior manager of the establishment. The landlord himself intervenes. How and with what consequences for him was also a matter for the Supreme Court. Now there is a decision.
